Damean Speck

Damean Speck has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Financial Manager for Excellent Form, where they successfully managed the financial functions of a failing personal fitness company. In 2008, they joined Voith Paper as a Financial Analyst, working closely with the Senior Vice President and CFO to develop reports and optimize financial processes for 15 locations in North America. Damean later became the Controller and Interim Operations Manager of the manufacturing plant, overseeing all financial aspects and leading a team of 11. At Voith Turbo, starting in 2014, Damean held various roles including General Manager, Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Finance and Administration, and Vice President of Finance for North America. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing financial, operational, and administrative functions for both Canada and Mexico. In 2020, Damean joined Specialty Granules LLC as the Sr. Director of Finance before being promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2021.

Damean Speck attended North Carolina State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. In 2011, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
