Cecilia Ali

Cecilia Ali is a seasoned professional in operational effectiveness and patient care coordination, currently serving as Senior Manager Operational Effectiveness at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network since January 2024. Prior to this, from January 2021 to December 2023, Cecilia held the position of Regional Associate Manager at Innomar Strategies, leading a team of scheduling associates and coordinating multiple specialty clinics in Quebec while enhancing operational efficiency and patient experiences. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Patient Appointment Facilitator at Innomar Strategies, achieving a key role as acting Regional Associate Manager for 11 months, and working as a Communicative Disorders Assistant at the Assistive Technology Clinic, where Cecilia focused on improving patient access to assistive technologies.
