Drew Welker

Drew Welker has extensive experience in leadership and operational efficiency within Specialty Product Technologies, serving since August 2014 in various roles, including Fortive Business System Leader, Value Stream Manager, and Team Lead, overseeing a team of over 40 individuals and managing significant safety, quality, delivery, and cost responsibilities for $20 million in annual revenue. Drew also participated in the Leadership Development Program, where the focus was on enhancing business functions and implementing lean principles, along with a Co-Op internship involving design and manufacturing engineering. Additionally, Drew engaged in the Ignite program at Fortive, aimed at developing skills related to the Fortive Business System. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, completed in May 2016.
