Karen Graham

Karen Graham is a seasoned healthcare executive currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Specialty1 Partners since September 2024. Previously, Karen held the position of President of CityMD Urgent Care and Chief Integration Officer at VillageMD from December 2023 to September 2024, and served as Chief Integration Officer at VillageMD from January 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, Karen was Chief Integration Officer at Summit Health, where responsibilities included overseeing a patient-centric network with over 2,500 providers. Karen’s career includes significant roles such as COO at Summit Medical Group of Berkeley Heights and COO at Summit Medical Group from 2009 to February 2022, along with serving as VP and CIO at Cooper University Hospital from 1988 to 2009.
