Akshaya Sankaranarayanan

Akshaya Sankaranarayanan is a qualified audiologist and speech-language pathologist with extensive experience in various healthcare roles. Currently serving as a Hearing Aid Dispenser and Audiologist at Specsavers since August 2023, Akshaya specializes in hearing tests, fitting of hearing aids, earwax removal, aftercare services, and hearing protection. Previous positions include a Speech Language Pathologist at EVERYBODY TALKS LIMITED and a Nurse Assistant Tier 1 at Portland Care Group, with a background in supporting adults with complex learning difficulties. Akshaya has also contributed as a Campus Ambassador at Sheffield Hallam University and a Consultant Speech Language Pathologist at Threya Child Development Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical Cognitive Neurosciences from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the MERF Institute of Speech and Hearing.
