Alan Gregg

Alan Gregg is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Director of Professional Recruitment and Head of Resourcing at Specsavers since July 2013, leading teams in retail, clinical, graduate, and support office recruitment across Canada. Previously, Alan held the position of Head of Specsavers Recruitment Services, overseeing a large team that hired over 3,000 employees annually in the UK and Ireland. With a background that includes roles at ERM, Talent Intelligence, Armstrong Craven, CMA Financial Recruitment Ltd, Robert Walters, and John Lewis, Alan has developed extensive expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, and recruitment strategy. Alan holds a BSc in Politics from the University of Southampton.
