Benjamin Scales has extensive work experience in marketing and advertising. Benjamin began their career in 2000 at RMIT University, where they served as the Student Ambassador Program Coordinator and later as the Advertising Coordinator. In 2004, they became a Marketing & Advertising Officer at RMIT University. In 2005, they joined Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, where they held various roles, including Marketing Officer, Marketing Team Leader, National Brand Manager, Acting Marketing Director, National Campaign Manager, and Head of Business and Partnerships Marketing. In 2018, Scales joined Specsavers Australia & New Zealand as the Senior Marketing Manager - Audiology. Benjamin subsequently served as the Head of Marketing - Audiology and Head of Retail - Specsavers Audiology before assuming their current position as the Head of Audiology Growth.
Benjamin Scales completed their education at multiple universities. Benjamin started in 1999 at RMIT University, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma of Business in Public Relations, which they completed in 2001. In 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the same university and finished in 2007. In 2009, they enrolled at Swinburne University of Technology and graduated in 2011 with a Master of Commerce in Marketing. Additionally, in 2010, Benjamin partook in the Global Leadership Program offered by Northeastern University.
