Dortea Noll

Dortea Noll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dortea currently works at Specsavers as the NE IT Retail Technology Product Manager and team lead since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior IT Project Manager for Northern Europe at Specsavers from April 2019 to November 2022.

Before joining Specsavers, Dortea owned their own digital consulting company called Dortea Noll Digital Consulting from August 2017 to November 2023. Dortea also worked as a Project Manager (External Consultant) at TV 2 DANMARK A/S from August 2017 to December 2018.

Earlier in their career, Dortea held the position of Afdelingsleder at Peytz & Co from August 2016 to August 2017. Dortea also worked as a Senior Project Manager for Falck from February 2015 to July 2016, where they were responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a new CMS and Commerce platform for Falck.dk.

Furthermore, Dortea worked at Berlingske Media in various roles from June 2011 to January 2015. Dortea was a Projektchef - Paywall, responsible for managing large-scale projects related to digital business and IT development. Dortea also held the positions of Product Manager and Product Planner at Berlingske Media, where they focused on developing digital platforms and driving digital content sales.

Additionally, Dortea worked as a Projektleder at Ekstra Bladet Netsalg from 2009 to 2011, where they managed projects related to commercial solutions for Ekstra Bladet's platforms. Dortea also served as a Projektleder at JP/Politikens Hus A/S, Nye medier from 2007 to 2009, overseeing organizational changes, implementing CRM systems, and developing analysis tools. Prior to that, Dortea worked as an Analysekonsulent at Ekstra Bladet Annoncesalg from 2005 to 2007 and as an Analyst at Accenture from 2004 to 2005.

Dortea Noll obtained their Bachelor's degree in HA Filosofi from Copenhagen Business School in 2000. Dortea then completed their Cand.Merc.DCM degree from Copenhagen Business School in 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance and Project Management from Mannaz | Kurser, uddannelser og konsulentydelser in 2021 and 2011, respectively.
