Doug Perkins

A qualified and registered optometrist for more than 50 years, Doug is accountable for the overall success of the partnership. Doug also has specific responsibilities for the advancement of professional standards across Specsavers and supporting the regulatory agenda across our markets.

He and his wife, Mary, established Specsavers’ joint venture partnership model in 1984, with the vision of making eyecare more affordable.
