Jaswinder Kaur

Jaswinder Kaur has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Jaswinder is currently the Head of Finance - Global Supply Chain at Specsavers since April 2021. Previously, they worked at DHL from 2018 to 2021, where they served as the Director of Finance - Transformation Strategy and the Financial Controller - Network, Strategy and Transformation. Prior to their time at DHL, they worked at DPD UK from 2005 to 2018, holding positions such as Head of Network Finance, Regional Finance Manager, Management Accountant, and Assistant Management Accountant. In these roles, they provided strategic financial insight, achieved significant cost savings, and contributed to regional and company-wide improvements in KPI and EBIT performance.

Jaswinder Kaur holds a BA Honours degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Wolverhampton. In addition, they obtained a CIMA certification from CIMA in 2010.
