Kirsty Jerome has a diverse background with over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Kirsty began their career at Vodafone as a Human Resources Business Partner and later joined River Island as a Human Resources Controller. At River Island, they were responsible for developing and delivering employee engagement, talent management, and reward strategies. Kirsty also led various projects, including the implementation of an intranet system and an award-winning e-recruitment system. In 2012, Kirsty joined Specsavers as the Head of Resourcing, where they successfully implemented a direct sourcing model, reduced recruitment spend, and grew the in-house recruitment team. Kirsty later served as the Head of Learning and Development (Support Office) and Head of Global Talent Acquisition before their current role as the Head of Partner Recruitment & Succession. In their current role, Kirsty is accountable for developing and implementing the recruitment strategy across group functions and the UK region support offices. Kirsty has led initiatives to improve talent data, create an in-house recruitment strategy, and manage the executive recruitment team. Overall, Kirsty has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement strategies.

Kirsty Jerome attended Theale Green School from 1985 to 1990. Kirsty then went on to the University of West London from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a CIPD degree. In addition, Kirsty has additional certifications including CIPD, Hogan from Hogan Assessment Systems, and Level A & B Qualified from SHL.
