Tom Holt has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Tom started their career at Ulysses in 2005, where they worked as a Software Support & Test Analyst, handling customer support queries and assisting in the development and testing of software. In 2009, Tom joined SmartFocus as a CRM Tech Support/Consultant, providing technical and marketing expertise to clients. Tom also trained and educated team members and monitored client campaign performance. From 2012 to 2013, Tom worked as a Technical Integration Manager at emarsys, managing customer relationships and providing technical support for marketing automation. At Betfair in 2013, Tom served as a CRM Campaign Data Manager. In 2014, they joined iProspect as a CRM Campaign Manager, responsible for planning and executing email and digital campaigns. Tom also conducted research for new business pitches and managed clients' databases. Tom then worked as a Business Director and Adobe Campaign Consultant at Torque Data from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are working at Specsavers as a CRM Development Lead, overseeing a team of developers and managing CRM projects for the global optical healthcare services provider.
Tom Holt attended Ditcham Park School from 1992 to 2005, where they obtained their GCSEs and A-Levels in Computer Science, Business Studies, and Economics. From 2007 to 2010, they enrolled at the University of Westminster and completed a BSc in Multimedia Computing. Tom also holds a certification as a Certified Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner from Adobe.
