Brian Alvarado

Brian Alvarado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, leadership, and community service. Currently serving as a Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch since June 2019, Brian also leads as President of Columbia International Ventures and works as a Senior Sales and Growth Associate at Spectator Publishing Company. As an Executive Board Member of One For The World Columbia, Brian focuses on promoting effective altruism, while as a Sustainable Living Representative at Columbia University, unique projects enhancing sustainability measures are developed. Previous experiences include roles at Citi and Allied Millennial Partners, alongside significant volunteer work as an English teacher and community development volunteer in Peru.
