Dan Abrams

Dan Abrams is a seasoned legal and business professional currently serving as the Managing Director of TPC Asset Purchase, where Dan leads the film and television asset purchase division. With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, Dan has held key roles including Consultant and Head of Corporate/Commercial at Spector Constant & Williams, and Director of Legal - Media & Entertainment at Pipe, a platform facilitating capital access through recurring revenue. Dan's entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by co-founding Purely, and previous legal expertise was fortified as a Partner at ELS Legal and Legal Counsel at HHR Hotels. Dan began a legal career at K&L Gates as a Solicitor after completing a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Leeds and obtaining a LPC from BPP Law School.
