Courtney Gray

Courtney Gray, MBA, possesses extensive experience in marketing, business development, and financial management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Spectra Credit Union since August 2016, Courtney has successfully managed individual accounts, processed financial forms, and ensured adherence to departmental budgets. Previously, at Chesapeake Beach Water Park, Courtney held the role of Sales Supervisor, overseeing operations, processing financial transactions, and managing departmental communications. Additional experience includes administration and marketing at Medi-Wellness of Calvert and client representation at Global Vision Group. Courtney earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
