Maxim D'souza has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Maxim started their career in 2015 as a System Analyst at Retail Assist, where they worked until July 2018. Following that, they joined BT in August 2018 as a 2nd Line Support Analyst and later transitioned into the role of Client Services Manager in February 2021. Maxim worked at BT until November 2021. From November 2021 to March 2022, Maxim served as an IT Service Desk Supervisor at David Lloyd Leisure. Currently, they are working as an EMEA Technical Escalations Manager at Spectra Logic since April 2022.

Maxim D'souza completed a Bsc in Information Systems from Brunel University London from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "New Manager Foundations" from LinkedIn in February 2021 and "Communicating with Confidence" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
