Paul Biles

Systems Support Technician at Spectra Logic

Paul Biles has over 30 years of work experience. Paul started their career as an Adjunct Faculty at Colorado Mountain College in 1990 and served in this role until 1996. From 1993 to 1998, they owned and operated their own company called INFORMATION MANAGEMENT.

In 1998, Biles joined Decision Consultants as a Desktop Support Technician, where they were responsible for desktop installations and providing support to over 5000 PC users. Paul was later promoted to Customer Site Manager in July 1999.

Following their time at Decision Consultants, Biles joined Intrado in 1999 as a Senior PC Technician. In this role, they provided technical support to over 1000 users in a LAN/WAN environment and managed networked printers and print servers. Paul also provided primary support to executive staff, including the CEO, CTO, and General Counsel.

Biles then transitioned to JBS in 2010 as a Help Desk Analyst, where they worked until 2011. Paul then joined Spectra Logic in the same year as a Systems Support Technician.

Throughout their career, Biles has gained extensive experience in desktop support, technical troubleshooting, and managing support for executive staff.

Paul Biles attended Front Range Community College in 1997, where they studied Computer Network Support. From 1988 to 1990, they pursued Accounting at Colorado Mountain College. In the earlier years, from 1968 to 1971, they studied Sociology at the University of Oklahoma.
