Alexus S. has been working in the real estate industry since 2017. Alexus started their career at DTN Management as a Multi Site Leasing Manager. In 2020, they moved to PeakMade Real Estate as a Leasing Manager. In 2021, they joined The Scion Group as an Assistant General Manager and Leasing and Marketing Manager. Currently, they are employed at The Spectra Life as a Community Manager.

Alexus S. began their educational journey in 2020 at Eastern Gateway Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Alexus then continued their education at Paul Quinn College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General, graduating in 2024.
