Russell has worked at multiple companies including Spectra Tech, Inc., SEC Radcon Alliance, U.S. Ecology Nuclear Materials Management Center, and Quadrex Recycle Center. Throughout their career, Russell has conducted source checks of instruments to ensure proper calibration and actively participated in daily Plan of the Day meetings.
