Dr. Harshita Sharma is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and healthcare. Currently serving as Team Lead at SPECTRAFORCE since June 2019, Dr. Sharma has progressed through various recruitment roles, including Lead Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, and Junior Recruiter, within the same organization.
