Richard Cotton is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently, Richard serves as Chair of Spectral AI, pioneering AI predictive wound diagnostics, and holds positions as Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at AOTI, along with being an Independent Financial Advisor for Evergreen Life and NOVUMGEN. Richard's prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC and Consort Medical Plc, where notable achievements included driving revenue growth and transforming financial processes. An expert in strategy and corporate development, Richard has also contributed as a Corporate Development Consultant for Aryballe and Advisory/Interim CFO at Datamars (UK).
