Kian Thusgaard Larsen

Kian Thusgaard Larsen has a strong background in software engineering and project management. Kian Thusgaard started their career at Spectralink Corporation in 2010 as a Software Engineer, where they developed multiple products based on the DECT standard. This included headsets, handsets, infrastructure, and generic DECT modules used in customer applications. In 2014, they were promoted to a Senior Software Engineer role, where they continued developing products until 2016.

In 2016, Kian joined VIA University College as a Lecturer, where they worked until early 2017. Kian Thusgaard then returned to Spectralink Corporation in 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2018, they took on the role of Scrum Master, responsible for implementing the Scrum process in the handset team and managing the team responsible for the handset portfolio.

Throughout their career, Kian has gained experience in software development, project management, and agile methodologies.

Kian Thusgaard Larsen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in ICT Engineering from VIA University College, from the year 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they also acquired the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from ScrumMaster.dk in October 2018.
