Dean Kisciras

Dean Kisciras is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at SpectrAxe since September 2021. Previously, Dean held the position of Market Surveillance Analyst at NYSE from July 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included market activity monitoring, surveillance system design, and regulatory compliance analysis.
