Harriet Huband

Harriet Huband is an experienced company secretary with a strong background in corporate governance and administration. Currently serving as the Head of Secretariat at Spectris plc since August 2024, Harriet has previously held key roles including Deputy Company Secretary at Crest Nicholson plc from November 2019 to July 2024, and Assistant Company Secretary at both Elementis Global and Network Rail. Harriet began their career as a Company Secretarial Assistant at SEGRO plc and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed in 2007.
