Hugo Maule

Hugo Maule has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Hugo is currently working at Spectris plc as the Group Head of STEM, where they lead and facilitates the strategy to create long-term pipelines for technical talent to join and develop within the company. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of R&D Strategic Initiatives at Malvern Panalytical, another Spectris company, where they partnered with major companies, universities, and research organizations to improve various aspects of the world. Hugo also worked at Spectris plc previously as the Business Process Excellence R&D Programme Manager, where they led and executed R&D business process excellence projects across all operating companies. Before joining Spectris, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Global Project Manager and later as a Software Program Manager, where they managed various projects and led the adoption of Agile software development practices. Additionally, they worked at ClearSpeed Technology Plc as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Engineering Manager, and at Hewlett-Packard Bristol, where they held various roles including Engineering Programme Manager, Issue Management Lead/Reliability Engineer, and R&D Engineer.

Hugo Maule holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in April 2012, PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from APM Group in November 2009, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in July 2014.
