Dimitris Karakasilis

Dimitris Karakasilis has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Dimitris is currently serving as an Open Source Principal Software Engineer at Spectro Cloud since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SUSE as a Software Developer from December 2016 to November 2022. Dimitris also co-founded Testributor in September 2015 before leaving in December 2016. Before that, Dimitris worked as a Developer at incrediblue from March 2014 to September 2015, at Skroutz.gr from October 2012 to March 2014, and at Xegesis.eu from December 2011 to October 2012. Dimitris began their career as a Programmer at Algosystems S.A. in 2006.

Dimitris Karakasilis pursued their education from 2002 to 2010 at the National and Technical University of Athens, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics.
