Jeremy Oakey

Jeremy Oakey is the Vice President of Sales Engineering at Spectro Cloud. Jeremy has over twenty years of experience in the technology industry, including stints at Cisco, CliQr Technologies, Trace3, Presidio, The St. Joe Company, Veloce Technology, Millennium Health Card, Inc., and Pomeroy Computer Resources. Ideon Group.

Oakey has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Jeremy began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Pomeroy Computer Resources. Jeremy then spent a year as a Senior Analyst at Ideon Group before joining Cisco in 2001.

At Cisco, Oakey held various positions including Technical Leader, Sr Director of Cloud Solutions Business Development, and Sr Director of Cloud Product Management. Jeremy was responsible for product roadmaps, new product launches, portfolio growth, prioritization and customer advocacy, positioning and messaging.

In 2012, Oakey left Cisco to join CliQr Technologies as Vice President of Strategic Alliances. CliQr was acquired by Cisco in 2014. Oakey then spent a year as Principal Technologist - Cloud Development at Trace3 before joining Presidio as Sr Data Center Virtualization Practice Architect in 2015.

In 2016, Oakey became Director of Technology at The St. Joe Company. Jeremy left The St. Joe Company in 2018 to become President/CTO of Veloce Technology. Jeremy then served as VP of Technology at Millennium Health Card, Inc. before joining Spectro Cloud as VP of Sales Engineering in 2020.

Jeremy Oakey has a NCIE-SAN certification from NetApp and a VMware VCP certification from VMware.
