Currently serving as a Global Customer Service Specialist at Spectronics Corporation since September 2014, Ada contributes to the repair Customer Care Center team, focusing on processing international parts export orders and supporting Latin American locations. Prior to this role, Ada worked at Canon U.S.A., Inc. from April 2002 to May 2014 as a Specialist Service Operation Associate.
