Kelly Manley

Kelly Manley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and finance. Currently serving as Senior Director at The Spectrum Companies since March 2022, Kelly previously held the position of Director of Development at Alliance Residential Company from April 2017 to March 2022.
