Alycia Oliveira

Alycia Oliveira has work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. In 2018, they started working at BairesDev as an IT Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Alycia later took on roles as a Staffing Analyst and a Recruiting Manager|Talent Acquisition Lead. In 2022, they joined Spectrum Effect as an HR Manager.

Alycia Oliveira is currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at Universidad del Valle de México since 2022. Prior to that, they attended PUC Minas from 2022 onwards, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Companies.
