Tahlya Visintainer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tahlya is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Spectrum Healthcare Group and is also open to consulting opportunities at TCV Leadership Solutions. Previously, Tahlya held roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sun Health, where they provided strategy and leadership for HR and Organizational Development. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Sun Health Senior Living. Tahlya also has experience as an Administrator for Human Resources at Peoria Unified School District, an Employee Relations Consultant at AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah, and a Regional HR Manager at PF Chang's China Bistro. Tahlya began their career as an Attorney at Law, specializing in Employment Law, before transitioning into the field of HR.

Tahlya Visintainer started their education at Arizona State University in 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management, specializing in Human Resources. Tahlya successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1994. Later, from 1995 to 1998, Tahlya attended the Arizona State University College of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Employment Law.
