Sinem Pala has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2016 to 2019, Sinem worked as a Personal Assistant and Administrator at Edward Bond, where they handled communications tasks, supported the managing director, and performed general administrative duties. From 2019 to 2020, Sinem worked as an Activities Coordinator at Rapport Housing & Care, organizing activities for residents and performing administrative duties. In 2022, Sinem joined Leafage as a Community Assistant, where they managed customer support, built relationships with clients, and handled various operational tasks. Sinem then took on the role of Operations Executive at Leafage, where they managed workshops, inventory, and deliveries, and provided customer support across different channels. Currently, Sinem is working as an Advice Line Support Executive at Spectrum.Life, handling legal, financial, medical, and mental health queries from customers and utilizing various communication and management tools.
