Tom Rowland

Tom Rowland currently serves as the Head of Wellness Delivery at Spectrum.Life, a role held since August 2021, where the focus is on promoting health and wellbeing through clinically backed solutions. Prior experience includes several leadership positions at Health Assured from May 2018 to August 2021, including Service and Commercial Head of Digital Clinics, and Training and Wellbeing Manager. Earlier in the career, Tom Rowland worked as a Business Improvement Coordinator at ADT Fire & Security Plc from October 2016 to April 2018. Educational qualifications include a Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development from The Open University, and a Higher Education National Diploma in Communications and Public Relations from Northumbria University.
