Jeffrey currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Spectrum Lighting, Inc., a company that specializes in manufacturing high-quality architectural lighting products. Prior to joining Spectrum Lighting, Jeffrey held various leadership roles at Signify, Philips Lighting, Lightolier, and Siemens. Jeffrey has a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on the Midwest and Northeast regions. Throughout their career, Jeffrey has demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

Jeffrey Ridgell earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business, graduating in 1988. In 2004, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Public Speaking at Lake Forest College.
