Ben Keady

Ben Keady has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the retail industry. Ben currently holds the position of Vice President of Retention at Spectrum since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Charter Communications for eight years as the Senior Director of Retail Stores for the Northeast Region. Before that, they held the role of Regional Sales Director at RadioShack Corporation from 2008 to 2013, where they managed over 191 retail stores and provided coaching to District Managers and the Region Cabinet Team. Earlier in their career, Ben worked at Blockbuster Inc. USA, where they served as the Regional Director of Operations and as the Head of Operations/National & Regional Operations Manager.
