Seth Feit

Seth Feit has extensive work experience in talent management and human resources. Seth started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Drexel University and later worked as a Manager of College Relations at Northrop Grumman. Seth then joined America Online as a Director of Talent Acquisition before moving on to Time Warner Inc. where they served as a Senior Director of Recruitment. Seth then worked at Time Warner Cable, where they held various roles including Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Regional Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Learning Officer, and Group Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, Seth is the Group Vice President of Talent at Spectrum.

Seth Feit received their Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and Corporate Communications from Drexel University in 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, which they completed in 1995.
