Vanessa Sain-Dieguez

Vanessa Sain-Dieguez is a seasoned professional in talent attraction and digital marketing, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Talent Attraction at Spectrum since July 2019. In this role, Vanessa leads the Talent Attraction Center of Excellence, enhancing the employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts. Vanessa is also an active member of the Renegade Collective and serves as Board Chair for the Talent Marketing Board, having previously held a board chair position at Hilton. Vanessa's extensive experience includes senior roles at Hilton, where significant contributions were made to global social media strategies and employee advocacy programs. Vanessa holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a B.A. in Studio Art and Spanish from Rollins College.
