Wendi P.

Wendi P. has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting. Wendi started their career in 2006 as a Recruiter II at SunTrust Bank, where they were responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for a 500-person call center. Wendi'sresponsibilities included tracking and screening resumes, conducting interviews, administering background checks, and negotiating job offers. Wendi worked at SunTrust Bank until 2008.

In 2008, Wendi joined Spectrum as a Recruiting Manager. In this role, they led a team of 12 recruiters and recruiting coordinators to meet the hiring needs of high-volume contact center operations and field operations in Florida. Wendi achieved 2236 hires in 2015. Wendi also managed client communications and ensured client satisfaction throughout the sourcing process. Wendi left Spectrum in 2017 to take on the role of Military Talent Sourcer, and in 2019, they became the Sourcing and Recruiting Lead at Spectrum. The end dates for their roles at Spectrum are unknown.
