Michael A. Grabow

Michael Grabow has served as Spectrum’s Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer since October 2022, overseeing Corporate Strategy, Commercial Operations and Analytics, Business Development, Human Resources, Investor Relations, and IT. Mr. Grabow has over twenty years of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry experience and has been with Spectrum since 2013, most recently as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Operations, where he was responsible for developing and driving the strategic planning of the organization. He’s also held the roles of Vice President, Global Commercial Operations, and Executive Director, Sales & Marketing Sciences.

Prior to Spectrum, Mr. Grabow was Director, Business Analytics & Insights at Amgen, Inc., where he supported the US/Global Oncology Business Unit as a team lead, delivering insights in the areas of Primary Market Research, Secondary Market Research, and Competitive Intelligence. He was previously Director of Sales Operations and served in several other senior sales operations positions while at Amgen.

Mr. Grabow earned his B.S. in Finance from California State University, Northridge, and his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
