Camille Yax, CPM, serves as the Vice President of Property Management for Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC since July 2014, overseeing 47 senior living communities across 10 states. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, management of capital improvement projects, staff training, vendor management, national contract negotiation, and property inspections. Previously, Camille held various positions at Miller Frishman Group LLC and Spectrum Retirement, including Director of Facilities Management and Property Management/Broker, and has a strong background in creative services and graphic design from tenure at Sevo Miller, Inc.
