Mohamed Musthaq Ali

Mohamed Musthaq Ali has gained extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Mohamed began their career as a Human Resource - Recruitment Intern at Vee Technologies in April 2018. Mohamed then transitioned to Elpis IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they worked as a Trainee and later as an HR Recruiter. In 2021, they joined Quess Corp Limited as a Senior Consultant in Recruitment, eventually moving up to the role of Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead - Recruitment at Spectrum Talent Management.

Mohamed Musthaq Ali completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Software Engineering from KSR Institute for Engineering and Technology, Namakkal in 2016. Mohamed then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from Community Institute Of Management Studies from 2016 to 2018. In 2021, Mohamed attended the Texas McCombs School of Business and earned a PG Diploma in Data Science and Business Analytics. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained certifications in Cognos Analytics from IBM and received the Stalwart Award from Quess Corp Limited.
