John Fries is the Vice President of HR Technology at Charter Communications. John has over thirteen years of experience in Human Capital Analysis and Research. Prior to joining Charter Communications, John was with Time Warner Cable for over ten years, where they led the creation of a workforce analytics function within the HR organization.

During their time at Time Warner Cable, John was responsible for targeted analysis projects, metrics reporting and analysis, business intelligence systems, human capital data infrastructure, and the TWC/Charter merger. John has extensive experience in compiling and analyzing data, designing and implementing tools, and conducting executive-level analysis.

John is a highly skilled and experienced professional who has made significant contributions to the field of Human Resources. John is a strong leader and an expert in their field, and they are dedicated to helping organizations manage their human capital effectively.

John Fries has a MBA in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business, a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University, and a certification from IBM in IBM Certified Specialist - SPSS Statistics Level 1 v2. John also completed the SCTE * ISBE Tuck Executive Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
