Kim C. Goodman

Kim C. Goodman was elected to the board of directors of Charter on July 26, 2016. Ms. Goodman joined Fiserv, Inc. as President, Card Services, in April 2018, where she is responsible for executive leadership of the financial services technology company’s business unit responsible for debit and credit processing, ATM payment solutions, the Accel® premier payments network and MoneyPass surcharge free network, and fraud protection solutions for thousands of financial institution clients. A recognized financial services and technology industry leader, Ms. Goodman has more than 25 years of experience driving growth, leading innovation, and delivering breakthrough business performance across multiple disciplines. Prior to Fiserv, Ms. Goodman was Chief Executive Officer of Worldpay US, following seven years at American Express (AMEX), where she served as president of its Global Business Travel and Merchant Services Americas units. Prior to joining AMEX, she held executive leadership roles at Dell Inc. in Software and Peripherals, Marketing and Transactional Sales and Dell Networking. Ms. Goodman began her career in management consulting with Bain & Company, where she ascended to the role of partner. Ms. Goodman brings software, networking, financial services and customer service experience to the board from her experience in the aforementioned executive leadership roles. Ms. Goodman previously served as a director of Alcatel-Lucent SA, Brocade Communications Systems, and National Life Insurance Company. A graduate of Stanford University with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Ms. Goodman also earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar.
