Kristine Bushong

Kristine Bushong is an experienced compliance and ethics professional, currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Ethics at Charter Communications since February 2022. In this role, Kristine oversees the compliance hotline, monitoring complaint resolution and guiding workplace investigators through Title VII investigations. Prior to this, Kristine held various significant roles at Boeing, including Senior Investigator, where oversight of high-profile investigations ensured thorough and effective corrective actions, and Project Manager for Ethics Leadership, where improvements to the training program led to substantial reductions in training hours. Kristine's earlier experience includes investigator positions with the City of Kirkwood and City of Sunset Hills, focusing on narcotics and child welfare investigations, and an initial role as a Police Officer with the City of Mesquite Police Department. Kristine holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Lindenwood University.
