Rene Garcia

Rene Garcia currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Service at Charter Communications since May 2021. Prior to this role, Rene held the position of VP of Member Services at Welcome Technologies, a mobile tech platform supporting immigrant communities, from February 2019 to May 2021. Rene's extensive experience includes serving as an Executive Management Consultant from March 2017 to January 2019, and spending nearly two decades at USAA, where Rene held various leadership roles, including Financial Services Operations Executive, Assistant Vice President, and Executive Director, overseeing significant teams and strategic initiatives. Rene's career began in financial advising with SWBC and USAA, complemented by an M.B.A. from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
