Susan Davis, MBA, CBAP, SPC, serves as the Director of Information Technology – Business Systems Analysis at Charter Communications since August 2011, where there has been a focus on evolving the Testing Center of Excellence. Previously, Susan held the role of Sr. IT Manager, concentrating on advancing the Business Analysis Center of Excellence and ensuring best practices in business analysis methodologies. Prior experience includes a position as Business Systems Analysis Manager at Scottrade Financial Services, managing the business analyst group to deliver quality project outcomes, and Operations Business Analysis Manager at Scottrade, Inc., overseeing business analysts supporting operational processes. Susan holds an MBA in Business, Finance and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Lindenwood University, alongside multiple certifications in business analysis, testing, and IRA services.
