Kristen Olson

Kristen Olson is currently the Director at Spectrum360. Kristen previously worked as the Interim Director of Development for The Children's Institute (TCI) and as a Specialist for The Conti Group. Olson has also been VP of Human Resources for The Conti Group. During their time with TCI, they implemented new systems in their development department, hired new staff for the department, and helped improve their fundraising efforts and obtain their goals while managing the coordination of major fundraising events as well as other grass roots efforts. Olson spent much of the last few months with TCI working on strategic planning with a focus on the programs and services for the adults on the autistic spectrum.

Kristen Olson received a Type: TGMP from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Syracuse University.
