Lindsay Melnyk

Lindsay Sobiera is a seasoned professional in human resources with a diverse background in various roles at Spectrum Health Care (SHC) since 2019, where Lindsay currently serves as Manager, People and Culture, focusing on special projects such as the HR Handbook and WSIB/Health and Safety reporting. Prior positions at SHC include People and Culture Analyst, where Lindsay led the implementation of an ATS system, and Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for maintaining accurate employment data and WSIB claims management.
