Amit Akela

Amit Akela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. amit is currently serving as a Principal Architect at Waterfield Tech starting from November 2022. Previously, they worked at Genesys as a Principal PS Consultant from May 2021 to November 2022, and as a Senior PS Consultant from July 2017 to November 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Application Engineer at Interactive Intelligence from March 2015 to July 2017, and at [24]7 from January 2014 to February 2015. Prior to that, they served as a System Analyst at ValueLabs from August 2013 to December 2013. Amit started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a SE from March 2010 to July 2013, and also worked as an ASE from March 2010 to May 2012.
