Their most recent role was as a Strategic Accounts Director at Waterfield Tech, where they provided customized onboarding for complex customer experience initiatives. Prior to that, they served as a CCaaS Practice Director at NEC Corporation of America, overseeing the implementation of an omni-channel contact center environment. Jim also served as the Director of Business Development at EarthBend, where they focused on executing go-to-market initiatives and forming strategic alliances. Earlier in their career, Jim worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Enghouse Interactive and as a Regional Sales Manager at the same company, where they supported business partners and customers in leveraging advanced CTI offerings.
